In this activity, we specially invited well-known experts, professors and senior technicians of our company to discuss "semi-dry noodle production technology and quality control management", "key technical equipment and function evaluation of coarse cereals and whole flour noodle processing", "process flow and characteristics of full-automatic semi-dry noodle production line of Yangtze noodle machine and energy-saving upgrade of semi-automatic oven", "correct use, maintenance and safe production of noodle making equipment", "semi-dry noodle" preservation "and other related topics were studied and discussed in depth with the participating noodle-making enterprises.
