Low temperature drying room
The low-temperature drying room designed and manufactured by our company is mainly composed of translation conveying device, circulating fan system, heating system, moisture discharge device and so on. It is divided into four temperature zones. The translation conveying mechanism is of single-row double-chain type, the surface rod moves smoothly, and the rod distance can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the process requirements. Several self-made powerful fans are installed in the drying room to ensure efficient convection and circulation of hot air in each temperature zone in the drying room. The heating system can choose steam, heat transfer oil, hot water, etc. as heat sources, and the pipeline layout adopts double-circuit heating, which can realize temperature balance at both ends of the drying room, and the amount of moisture adjustment, control is convenient and quick.
