Features:
- Super large scale vacuum dough mixer equipped with patented high-speed flour & water pre-mixing technology , wheat flour and water are evenly mixed in a high-speed mist like manner, and subjected to high-intensity kneading under vacuum negative pressure, the gluten network is fully formed, which greatly improves the process effect of water absorption and dough aging;
- Adopting PLC full automation control system, the operation is safe, stable, and efficient. The water flour ratio is accurate, adjustable, and low errors, which can fully meet the processing requirements of flour food production;
- The dough mixing system meet the technical process of flour food production with high water addition of 45%, preventing from material gluing and discharging hopper blocking, and the dough is in the form of 2-3 cm particles;
- High efficiency of energy consumption, the unit electricity consumption is decreased by 30% compared to the similar capacity of other types of vacuum dough mixing equipment;
