Our company's low-temperature noodle production line is mainly divided into three categories: HWJ series biaxial noodle machine, HL series continuous noodle machine and HWJZ series vacuum noodle machine.
1. HWJZ series vacuum dough mixer
HWJZ series vacuum mixer is a national patent product developed by our company, and it is also an important equipment in the production process of medium and high-grade flour products. The equipment can automatically realize quantitative water injection, automatic opening and closing of the cover, automatic unloading, automatic pumping and vacuum discharge. The kneading speed is frequency conversion double speed (high speed gouache mixing and low speed kneading), and the speed is adjustable, and the kneading time can be set according to the process requirements. All operation procedures and steps can be automatically controlled by PLC program.
Vacuum and flour can make the protein molecules of wheat flour fully absorb water in a relatively short period of time, the dough absorbs a large amount of water, the temperature rise is low, and the gluten network is fully formed, so that the made flour tastes smooth and strong, and the cooking process is not mixed with soup.

2. HWJ Series Two-Axis Fonder
This equipment uses horizontal, double-axis, rotary leaf stick imitation artificial powder mixing mode, mixing out the dough loose, uniform, golden color, good ripening effect, high gluten. It adopts the discharge form of drum revolving door, which has the characteristics of good sealing and no powder leakage.
Cylinder, blade and other parts in contact with the mixture are made of stainless steel, in line with food safety and hygiene standards. The equipment has reasonable structure design, stable and reliable operation, low power consumption, convenient operation and maintenance, and is an ideal noodle production equipment.

3. HL series continuous dough mixer
This series of equipment is a professional equipment in the process of producing noodles. After continuous discharge from the upper water mixer, the dough is continuously stirred and kneaded in the mixing cylinder through double-shaft blades to promote the dough to be cooked and form high-quality dough suitable for noodles production. After the equipment is matched with the noodle production equipment, it can realize full-automatic production with high production efficiency.
The equipment structure design is reasonable, stable and reliable operation, low power consumption, convenient operation and maintenance, is the ideal noodle production process and surface equipment. The contact parts with dough are made of stainless steel, which are in line with food hygiene and safety standards.
